This was a very good movie, i saw it because i really like charlize theron and it was really good. i went out and bought it. charlize, kevin, and dakota's performances were awesome, oh and pruitt taylor vince. i love it!.

Oh no, a little rich girl is kidnapped by a crazy guy who just happens to be kevin bacon, and lets not forget that the little girl has to have asthma to add some suspense. Charlize should have gotten naked a few more times and might have given this a 2 star rating!.

I wasn't thrilled with the idea of a little asthmatic girl being held hostage. kevin bacon was a bit too jaded and warped to be believable as "professional" style kidnapper. the conclusion also was a bit far fetched. if this wasn't made for tv it should have been. the only redeem ing quality the charisma of charlize theron. .

Complete garbage! did learn some good ways to kidnap people. . . Geezus! i really hate ransom type movies . . . Hell i hated the movie ransom. Im sick of kevin bacons ass too. . . Hes a great actor but i really could do without him mooning me. I must admit i really cant stand theron. She is a hack. A actress you put into a role when you cant get a real actress to star in the movie. Courtny love is also a hack wannabe star. I usually dont attack a movie because of my dislike of one of its stars. . . But here two really bad actresses i think are a waste of film are displayed and prove once again why they are hacks. . . . This is one of those movies you may watch late late late on cinemax or something and fall asleep think you dont car eif they get the kid back or not. . . .
