Comments:	Dear Straight Dad, Why do you quote the word dirty? I never said dirty. I never said drop the g rating. I am not intolerant. In fact, I said it was an issue that I don't have a problem with "in general. " (now, that's a proper use of quotation marks. ) I passed no judgement on the characters except to say that it was an issue I did not expect to have to address after seeing a G rated movie. I think as a parent I ought to have control of the manner in which a subject-like homosexuality--is handled so he does learn sensitivity and tolerance. To say I felt a little blind-sided does not make me a homophobe.

Comments:	Great flick for the whole family - cute - kids loved it and so did i! i am a little worried about the lady who want to drop the g rating because two of the dog walking clients are men - so? don't you have #@& neighbors? if this was a man and a woman it would be okay to have a g rating, but not two guys? what are your standards for g ratings? the guys in this flick don't kiss, grope, or even hug - so why is it "dirty?" our son (7)got in the car and just said "i like the #@& guys dog the best" you need to be careful about intolernce around your kids - it does get passed down! a straight dad .

Comments:	Some cute parts. Lead character was engaging--guess that's the mom in me. I wish I had been alerted to the fact that a pair of minor characters can be interpreted as a gay couple. In general, I don't have issue with that, but this is a G movie geared to very young children, It would have gone right over my 7 yr old son's head if his precocious buddy hadn't pointed out that "they're gay" to the entire audience. It is not an issue I expected to have to discuss after seeing a children's movie.

Comments:	Absolutely horrible. i can sit through most kid flicks with my two kids, but this was painful. more importantly, my kids thought it was boring and unfunny too. The only laugh i got was when we were walking out and my 9 year old said "dad, we should have seen "the texas chainsaw massacre" instead. . . .
