One of the greatest action films ever, brilliant in every respect. Cruise and Hoffman are brilliant, music is rousing, sets are fantastic, and crafted by master filmmaker JJ Abrams at the top of his game.

Probably the best action flick after a sad summer. Best out of the three. Unlike the other films, MI3 is more grounded in reality thanks to J.J. Abraham directing style. Also unlike the other films, MI3 felt more like a personal story evolving around Ethan Hunt's life outside the MI office. Creates better character development. You fill more for Cruz's charcter, even though you don't care for him. Action was great and like I said, more grounded in reality. The only slight problem I see with the story is that it's kind of a retelling of the first film. You would think that the MI agency would not be so quick to judge Hunt's loyality considering they falsely accused him the first time. The only other small complain I had was the shaking hand held camera action went overboard on some scenes. One of the most amazing scenes ofcourse was the mask being created of Philip Seymour Hoffman. You always wonder how they make those mask watching other spy movies. Even though its not real. It makes it seem almost possible. Over all great film.

weakest of the 3 so far and a great turn by phillip seymore hoffman as the villian.but some of the dialogue between cruise and wife in the movie really killed this one.tried to be sentimental and failed horribly.great action though and worth seeing.
