A movie for dumb film fans that need to feel smart. Tremendously overrated and flawed on many levels. Great acting, however.

This film has a good story line. It's an o.k film but not fantastic. I liked the way that the two magicians were competitive and tried to sabotage each other in order to be The best. The twist at the end was average if you compared it to the sixth sense.

This movie really caught me by surprise. I didn't expect it to be good, and it really took me awhile to realize how good it was. The twist was amazing, and the acting, brilliant. I really can't wait to go see it again, this movie was amazing.

In the early days of contemporary magicians, two competitors vie for superiority throughout their entire careers, stooping to lowly espionage and rising to challenges through innovation. A beautiful assistant turns traitor, or does she? The film has twists aplenty and gives an insight to the drama that drives performers. Solid acting, great props and wonderful work in both camera & lighting makes this a visual joy in addition to the script making for a simply good story. Recommendation: See it in the theatre if you can; rent it otherwise and enjoy.

This movie was a little dark for my taste. It was interesting though. The acting was excellent and the cast was right. I thought the twist at the end was as brillant as the twist in 6th sense. Things are different way different then what they seem.
I would say if you like movies a little on the darkside with magic as the storyline go for it. I personally felt mixed about this movie because I liked the twists but it was sad and dark like the 6th sense.
