Great special effects. Can hardly tell that it is not real! However, the storyline is full of cliches. It is predictable, even though it does not follow the original Beowulf very closely. Overall, it is good, but it is forgettable too.

This is incredibly well done but is not a kid movie you may not want kids under 10 to see this on their own.If you don't want your kid playing God of War then this one is not for them.That being said this was a great movie I recommend it and if you have a choice see it in 3D,everything was great and would of only changed one thing If I had been Beowulf I wouldn't have faced Grendal in my birthday suit(guess this is a equal opportunty nudity movie).
