Overall, this is an excellent movie that delivers on every end. So, if you enjoyed movies such as Hustle & Flow, then you will probably love Black Snake Moan. It is easily one of the best movies to come out in 2007 so far.

probably the best movie so far this year,which very few people,if any,have seen.it is a well acted movie about 2 people who have been jilted by past lovers,thrown together to help each other face their past.christina ricci is great here.she is underrated as an actress and did great work in "monster" and again in this movie.we all know samual l. jackson is a great actor and again takes on a different kind of role but does a fine job with it.he plays an ex blues guitarist whose younger wife has left him for his brother.great music,great story,great acting.two thumbs up for this one.
