Definitely, a classic one. Besides this one doesn't has a good ending as 28 Days I liked this one more; also it leaves and taste at the end that a sequel will be make, "Land of the Dead".

First remake movie to ever succeed the original. For those of you not expecting another zombie flick, you're morons and you obviously didn't do your homework or you would have known that this is a remake of the 1973 george romero classic (the ultimate zombie flick that all others followed such as 28 days/shaun of the deadetc). It had to drag in places so it could actually develop some sort of storyline and a relationship between the characters. Only for the educated filmlover.

From the pulse-poundind opening scenes with johnny cash singing in the background, i was hooked. Then, i was bored. Then i got hooked again, then, well, you get the picture. I missed the biting satire of the original, and the ending left me clueless, but i still recommend it. .
