When one of the preeminent film critics of our time labels this film one of the 50 greatest comedies of all-time; your expectations can’t help but be high. Maybe high expectations were a problem because I found the movie to be very ordinary at best. Some humorous moments but nothing that warrants high praise. It’s warm hearted but borderlines on watching someone else’s vacation home video. Mila Kunis is phenomenal but EVERY other supporting character is more annoying then they are endearing or funny. It contains many chuckles but no laugh out loud moments. Sorry to say, nothing really special at all.
