dying at child-birth is completely curable at the star wars galaxy. The whole movie is based on Padme dying of a curable disease. Since when diseases are the bad guys in Star Wars.

Sad, that this is what the other episodes could have been. But the darkside of the force got to Lucas, in the form of tie ins and "lets get the kids into it". But this is good.
