this animated feature is a weak effort that adds absolutely nothing to the story,already done with real actors and mind blowing special effects.should have never been released in theaters.

The half wooden puppet appearance is almost as bad as the nonsensical story. I can't tell you how much I hated this waste of time.

To Maverick , just because I state the clone wars was meant for t.v does not nullifie my rating - how can it ? I'm rating what I saw & even if I saw it on t.v you can still rate it on places like IMDB ! . The thing is I would have preferred it to have stayed on t.v & stop people bashing star wars as a whole ! but it didn't stay on t.v & I liked seeing this story on the big screen & there was plenty of good things to look at too .

This goes out to hayesy35: just because you stated in your own review that this movie is meant for TV, that, in my opinion, nullifies your rating. If it indeed is meant for TV, then it has no business being on the big screen. The Executive Producer, George Lucas, should have just allowed the "movie" to be release on the Cartoon Network so that it would do a proper job of building up the TV show. At least then it would have definity made up its budget with the countless repetitions of the "movie" instead of the shamefully flopping and wasting screens in theather. It's pretty clear that "filmmaker" Lucas wanted to continue to cashing in on the mindless drones of this series' diluded fans again. Thankfully, most of them stay home this time and didn't bother anybody too much!

I thought the clone wars was awesome , the 90 minites flew by . The visuals & action was stunning , the story was good & I thought the animation was cool . Don't be fooled by the bad reviews by critics cause they don't know what there talking about , the movie was meant for t.v so it doesn't have a movie size budget & only tells a small story which is part of more to come on t.v .
