It was ok, kinda boring with the scenes with Anne Hathaway. But Meryl Streep is one of my favorite actresses and can work with any role and she steals the movie here. But this seems more like a rental go see Streep's better work in a Prairie Home Companion she's awesome there as well!

This movie rocked. I loved it from start to finish. I'm not even big on design and I was totally into this movie. The fashion is so cool and Meryl's quiet, wicked manner- she's just perfect you know she must of had a lot of fun playing her because she's such the perfect bitch in such a nochalant kind of way (so unlike her to play a part like that) my friends and I were joking after how good she was at her lines "that's all" after she drops her bomb for the day. Poor Anne Hathway she looked marvelous but I was so hooked in with curiousity from the begining- how is she ever going to survive in this job a week? Must See if your a girl. It's just wickedly fun!!!

Overall this movie was fun from start to finish! Meryl Streep is such an amazing actress, my favortie along with Charlize Theron! NO ONE could have pulled off this role like she did!!! It had a great story line also! I was really into it, not to mention the music was great! Madonna Jump, Vogue and U2's City Of Blinding Lights are some of the tunes in it!

Meryl Streep was amazing (as usual) in this movie. It is worth going to see just for her. It doesn't live up to her classics "Death Becomes Her" or "She Devil", but it is still fun. The ending was schmaltzy and not believable, but has good acting, fun fashion, and a great music score.
