a movie based on the life of ernie davis,the first black football player ever to win the hiesman trophy.solid movie that would have been a great one had it stopped at the point of him winning the trophy.it runs about 15 minutes too long but still a solid effort.nothing new here but still the actors and the story keeps your interest and i would recommend this movie to any sports fan.two thumbs up!
