It’s movies like this that give the term “comic book movie” a bad reputation. Unexplained gravity defying flipping cars, curving bullets and rat bombs just push the envelope too far in to the land of the absurd. Too dumb to enjoy.

A roller coaster ride --- FUN movie! A-list actors letting their hair down are cool to watch. I've never heard Morgan Freeman swear so much; he looked like he was enjoying himself. Angelina Jolie is wickedly gorgeous ---hope she doesn't get any skinnier; I'd hate to see her disappear. Wow, James McAvoy is da man!

A great action movie. What I didn't that it was based off a comic book, boy comic books are the in thing in Hollywood right now. I'd still consider this a action movie.
Now to the movie which was great with truly great action on the level of the Matrix and Bourne movies. The actors from Morgan Freeman(Who was great in this), to Angelina Jolie, James McAvoy, Terence Stamp and all the rest did a wonderful job. Finally there was the story which I thought was very good for a action movie, with some great plot twists at the end.

If you like adult action movies, then this is your type of movie... perfect for the summer blockbuster season, however no acting oscar nominations are forthcoming.
